# Our Process: Scope, Architect, Build, Ship

Every engagement runs the same way, whether it's a new build, an automation rollout, or a modernization.

## Scope (Week 1)

**Audit what exists and define what needs to be built.** If you have a prototype, we assess it. If you're starting from requirements, we map the architecture. You leave with a scoped plan, milestones, and a timeline.

## Architect (Week 2)

**Architecture, stack decisions, and a delivery roadmap.** Infrastructure, data model, API structure, and deployment strategy are settled before production code is written. No building without a blueprint.

## Build (Weeks 3–8)

**AI-accelerated development with something to review every week.** Production code, not throwaway prototypes. AI runs through our whole development process to compress the timeline; review and testing keep the quality bar where it belongs.

You get:

- Weekly working releases to review
- Production code with tests
- Progress against the milestone plan

## Ship & Support (Week 8+)

**Deployment, documentation, and handoff.** We deploy to your infrastructure, document the system, and walk your team through it. Maintenance and iteration retainers are available if you want us to stay on.
